The Durup family, the wine growers from father to son, exploits vineyards in Chablis for several centuries.
The vineyards have the strongest proportion of well exposed hills, in the stony soil and in the very stressed slopes, guaranteed adults of the exceptional quality of wines.
Jean Durup reconstituted the wine growing estate of the "Château de Maligny". In the last century, his great-grandfather, Paul Gally, was already the person in charge of this one. |
The wine growing estate "L'Eglantière" is Jean Durup's property the most known in France. |
